How it works, step by step
1. Initial conversation
A short call to understand your building, energy goals, and timeline. We tell you honestly whether solar is worth exploring for your property.
2. Information we review
Recent utility bills (12 months if possible), building/roof details, and ownership or lease structure. This lets us model real numbers, not generic estimates.
3. Site & roof evaluation
We assess roof area and condition, available yard/parking, electrical service, and shading to size the system your property can support.
4. Financial analysis
We model system size, estimated production, savings, and the incentive picture (ITC, NJ SuSI, depreciation — subject to eligibility), and compare ownership vs. PPA/roof-lease options.
5. Proposal
A clear written proposal with the numbers for your building and the structure that fits your goals — yours to review with no obligation.
6. Installation partner coordination
We manage delivery through vetted EPC and installation partners, handling permitting, engineering, utility paperwork, and scheduling around your operations.
7. Ongoing support
After activation we provide monitoring and ongoing support, so the system keeps performing.
